Homemade rosemary and dill weed fries


  1. 4-5 red potatoes (cut how you like)
  2. 1/2 tbsp dried rosemary
  3. 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
  4. to taste Seasoned salt


  1. Heat oil in deep fryer or pan.

  2. Add your potatoes.

  3. Wait until they’re done.

  4. Drain on paper towel. While still hot add the rosemary, dill weed and seasoned salt. Toss around until well coated.

  5. Enjoy!
