Hearty Ragu Ravioli


  1. 2 lbs ground beef
  2. 2 lbs ground pork
  3. 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  4. 1 LG onion
  5. 1 pkg mushrooms sliced
  6. 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  7. 1 small can tomato paste
  8. 1 cup beef broth
  9. 2 lbs cheese ravioli
  10. 3 tbsp parsley flakes
  11. to taste Salt and pepper


  1. Brown pork and beef with onion, garlic and mushroom. Add salt and pepper.

  2. Add tomato sauce, paste and beef broth and simmer till thickened. While the sauce is simmering cook the ravioli per pkg directions reserving 1 cup cooking liquid. Drain ravioli and transfer to plates.

  3. Add 1 cup cooking liquid to sauce and combine. Simmer 5 min more. Serve over ravioli. Top with parmesan cheese and parsley flakes. Enjoy
