Healthy mix chutney

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup mint
  2. 1 small apple
  3. 1 cup chopped onion
  4. 1-2 green chilli
  5. 1 cup raw mango
  6. 1 cup basil
  7. 1 cup grapes
  8. Half cup tamarind
  9. 1 tomato medium
  10. 1 inch ginger
  11. 3-4 garlic cloves
  12. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  13. 1 tablespoon rock salt
  14. 1 tablespoon chaat masala
  15. 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  16. 1 tsp red chili powder
  17. 1 tablespoon garam masala
  18. Pinch hing or ASAFETIDA
  19. Half tsp black pepper

Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and blend with hand blender

  2. Do not make paste just blend like thick mixture

  3. Enjoy with lentils and stay safe stay healthy
