Hawaiian pork chops

I had found a recipe years ago, using ketchup, brown sugar and water that my family loved. I decided to create something new. You can also put them in the oven ( I did, but I would’ve preferred the grill)


  1. 1 cup pineapple juice
  2. 1/2 cup ketchup
  3. 1 TBSP soy sauce (low sodium)
  4. 2 TBSP ginger paste
  5. 2 TBSP crushed garlic
  6. Dash red pepper flakes (optional)
  7. 4 pork chops


  1. Heat grill

  2. Whisk first 6 ingredients together

  3. When grill is nice and hot put chops on. Approximately 7-9 each side depending on thickness. Baste chops with glaze.
