Hawaiian pork chops
I had found a recipe years ago, using ketchup, brown sugar and water that my family loved. I decided to create something new. You can also put them in the oven ( I did, but I would’ve preferred the grill)
Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 TBSP soy sauce (low sodium)
- 2 TBSP ginger paste
- 2 TBSP crushed garlic
- Dash red pepper flakes (optional)
- 4 pork chops
Steps
Heat grill
Whisk first 6 ingredients together
When grill is nice and hot put chops on. Approximately 7-9 each side depending on thickness. Baste chops with glaze.
