Guacamole is better with family and friends. Invite someone to join you.
- 2 avocados
- Half tomato
- 1/8 onion
- Lime juice
- Olive oil
Cut the avocados in half, remove the bone, and with a spoon take out the meat of the avocado and put them in a bowl.
Smash the avocados with a fork. If they are creamy, we’ll need just a couple of drops of olive oil. If they are still hare, add a little bit more. Mix.
Chop the tomatoes and onions in little pieces, add them to the avocado and mix.
Put black pepper, a little bit of salt and add a little bit of lime juice. Careful with the lime, you don’t want to kill the flavour of the guacamole.
Chop a little bit of coriander, mix it with the rest of ingredients and voilà! Ready to serve.
