Gluten-free onion and peas mini Paratha's

- 1 Cup Powdered Oats(i've used gluten free oats)
- 1 & 1/2 Cup Chickpea or gram flour
- 2 Tsp Flax seeds
- 1/2 Finely chopped onions
- 1/2 Cup boiled peas
- 1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. (NOTE: Crush peas with your hands before adding to the flour)
Now slowly start adding warm water and knead it.
Make sure dough is not to soft or loose.
Now take little amount of dough and make small balls.
Dust the surface with some oats flour and simply roll it. (Use more flour if needed)
Grease your pan with little ghee or oil.
Cook from both the sides until you get this beautiful color.
Enjoy this super quick and healthy Parathas with chutney or sauce of your choice.
