Garlic Pork Loin Roast

3lbspork loin (not tenderloin)
4garlic cloves, minced
1⁄2 teaspoonkosher salt
1⁄2 teaspoonfresh coarse ground black pepper

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Add the pork loin to a saute pan.
Mix the seasonings (salt, pepper and paprika) in small bowl and rub it on the pork.
Coat with the garlic on top of the fat cap.
Cook the pork for 60 minutes or until it has reached a temperature of 150-160 degrees.
Remove from the oven and let rest for five minutes before serving.
Optional: Make gravy in pork pan.Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
Add flour and stir briskly for 1 minute.
Whisk in broth and continue until well blended.
Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer until thickened.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
