Garlic Lemon Scallops
Ingredients
- Cook the Scallop
- 3/4 cups butter
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 pounds large sea scallops
- Create Sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
Steps
Cook scallop (section 1)
Remove scallop when golden brown
With the butter and garlic in the pan, add pepper, lemon and salt to create a sauce
