Garlic Lemon Scallops

Ingredients

  1. Cook the Scallop
  2. 3/4 cups butter
  3. 3 tablespoons minced garlic
  4. 2 pounds large sea scallops
  5. Create Sauce
  6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  7. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon sauce
  8. 1 tablespoon salt

Steps

  1. Cook scallop (section 1)

  2. Remove scallop when golden brown

  3. With the butter and garlic in the pan, add pepper, lemon and salt to create a sauce
