Garlic Butter and Lemon Salmon with Asparagus
Ingredients
- Salmon
- 1 lb wild caught Salmon
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- Asparagus
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 clove garlic
Steps
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl mix together butter, garlic, garlic powder, salt, lemon pepper seasoning, and lemon.
Place salmon on a piece of aluminum foil big enough to completely cover the salmon. Cover salmon in garlic butter mixture and close the foil tightly. Cook for 30 minutes.
In a large pan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Put asparagus in the pan then add all the seasonings. Add water and cover to steam.
