Garlic Butter and Lemon Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients

  1. Salmon
  2. 1 lb wild caught Salmon
  3. 2 tablespoon butter
  4. 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  5. 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  6. Juice of 1 lemon
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. 2 cloves garlic
  9. Asparagus
  10. 1 tablespoon butter
  11. 1/2 cup water
  12. 1 teaspoon salt
  13. 1 teaspoon pepper
  14. 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  15. 1 clove garlic

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl mix together butter, garlic, garlic powder, salt, lemon pepper seasoning, and lemon.

  2. Place salmon on a piece of aluminum foil big enough to completely cover the salmon. Cover salmon in garlic butter mixture and close the foil tightly. Cook for 30 minutes.

  3. In a large pan, melt butter over medium-high heat. Put asparagus in the pan then add all the seasonings. Add water and cover to steam.
