French Toast in a Waffle Maker
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup cream
- 1 tsp vanilla exctract
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup marmalade
Preheat your waffle iron
Whisk together eggs, milk, cream, vanilla extract and maple syrup and pour into shallow dish.
Butter, and spread marmalade evenly over one side of each bread slice.
Dip into eggixture, and gently turn over until bread is saturated with the mixture.
Carefully place slices into waffle iron and close lid.
Cook and repeat with remaining bread and egg mixture.
