- Half kg fish
- 2 tsp Red chilly powder
- 2 tsp Garlic ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Roasted coconut powder
- 1 Onion fried
- 1 tsp Roasted zeera
- 1 tsp Roasted dhanya
- Tamarind water
Take fish and marinate it with salrn garlic paste. Keep aside
Then take roasted coconut fried onion roasted zeera n coriander grind it n make paste of it.
Then take a pan add marinate fish n fry it then add masala paste to it. Then add chilly pwder n tamarind water to it.
Then cook for 10mins. Curry s ready
