Farfalle with veggies

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups Farfalle pasta
  2. 2-3 cups Pasta sauce
  3. 1 tsp Olive oil
  4. 1/2 cup Beans chopped
  5. 1/2 cup Onion chopped
  6. 1 Garlic clove chopped
  7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  8. 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  9. 1/2 cup Broccoli chopped
  10. 1/2 cup Green peas
  11. 1 tsp Salt

Steps

  1. Boiled pasta with 1 glass of water and 1/2 TSP salt till soft. strain the water

  2. Take pan, heat oil on medium flame. Add mustard seed, onion and garlic

  3. Add 2 cups of this sauce when onion turns in golden color

  4. Add all the veggies, turmeric powder and salt and cook 2 mins by covering with lid

  5. Add pasta, mix it we’ll and cook it for 1 min
