Farfalle with veggies
Simple n tasty vegan dinner is waiting for u,try this. Requires less than $5 for this healthy recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Farfalle pasta
- 2-3 cups Pasta sauce
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup Beans chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion chopped
- 1 Garlic clove chopped
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 cup Broccoli chopped
- 1/2 cup Green peas
- 1 tsp Salt
Steps
Boiled pasta with 1 glass of water and 1/2 TSP salt till soft. strain the water
Take pan, heat oil on medium flame. Add mustard seed, onion and garlic
Add 2 cups of this sauce when onion turns in golden color
Add all the veggies, turmeric powder and salt and cook 2 mins by covering with lid
Add pasta, mix it we’ll and cook it for 1 min
