Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/4 dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Stuffing ingredients
- Chopped yellow onions
- 4-6 minced garlic
- Chopped Chicken, beef or sausage
- Dill fresh
- Salt + black pepper + sweet pepper + cumin + sesame seeds
- Cheese
Steps
In a large bowl mix flour salt sugar and yeast. Add water mix gently shaping a ball. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil into the bottom of the bowl, place the dough and cover with plastic wrap. Let the bowl stand in a warm place for 30 minutes until it doubles in size.
Meanwhile. drizzle vegetable oil on hot frying pan. On medium heat saute chopped onions, garlic, add your choice of protein, I chose sausage. Add spices. Let cool down a bit
Grease the dough ball and let it rest for 10 minutes

Add a slice of your favorite cheese before folding the dough. (❤ muenster cheese)
Gently fold the dough in half then crimp edges all around.
Bake 450 for 12-15 minutes
