Egg Rice
Fast receipe which can be done in 10 to 15 mins when you have left over cooked rice.
Ingredients
- 1 cups Cooked Rice
- Eggs 4 nos
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 1 inch Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- Curry leaves 1 string
- Onion 1 nos
- Green chilli 4 nos
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Salt
Steps
In a pan add oil, when hot add cinnamon, fennel seeds, curry leaves, chopped garlic and green chilli.
When everything get roasted add onion, salt, turmeric powder when the onion turns pink, crack the eggs and pour in it.
After the eggs get cooked add pepper powder and the cooked rice in it and mix well.
Simple egg rice with leftover cooked rice.
