Egg cheese pita

Do not make my mistake add the egg in the half way cooking but the dough is great and enough for two people and on time


  1. 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  2. 2 tablespoon semoule 401 fine
  3. 4 tablespoon flour
  4. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  5. 2 tablespoon yogurt
  6. 4 tablespoon mozzarella cheese
  7. 2 eggs


  1. On medium heat cook semoule with butter for few minutes until sucked all the butter take off the heat

  2. Add the flour salt and yogurt and mix till you get a dough let it rest for 10 minutes very easy to handle

  3. Cut the dough to 2 and roll it up and shape it like a boat it will not stick to your hand

  4. Add on each boat 2 tablespoon of cheese and egg here when I make the mistake cook for 10 minutes on 450 F

  5. What I supposed to do is just putting the cheese and cook for 7 minutes and add the egg and cook for another 5 minutes
