- 1 . Egg – 6
- 2 . Onion – 3 chopped
- 3 . Tomato – 2 chopped
- 4 . Greenchilli
- 5 . Ginger – small inch
- 6 . Butter – 2 tbspn
- 7 . Vegetable oil – 2 tbspn
- 8 . Red chilli powder – 1 tbspn
- 9 . Turmeric powder – 1/2 tspn
- 10 . Garam masala – 1/2 tbspn
- 11 . Coriander leaves
- 12 . Salt
Beat the egg and add salt. Keep it aside.
Heat a pan, add oil and butter. Add finely chopped ginger, onion and green chilli. Saute till onions become soft.
Add finely chopped tomato and combine well.
Add salt, turmeric powder, redchilli powder and garam masala. Mix well and saute till raw smells disappear.
Add the beaten eggs and mix continuously on a medium flame. Scrap the sides and stir until it is dried and done.
Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
