    DIRECTIONS

  • Set the oven temperature to 375.Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.(I didn’t line my pan with foil and it was fine).
  • Whisk melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper together in a small mixing bowl.
  • Place the salmon over the aluminum foil on the prepared baking sheet.Fold up all four sides o the aluminum foil.
  • Drizzle the butter mixture over the salmon then seal the foil packet until closed.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.Remove from the oven.
  • If salmon flakes easily with a fork, it is fully cooked.
  • Garnish with dill, if desired, and serve at once.
