Ingredients
- 1 cup urad dal
- 2 cup curd
- Red chili
- Green chili
- Red chili powder
- Cumin powder
- leaf Curry
- Frying oil
Steps
Soak urad Dal for 2 hours. Make a batter of it, add 1 pinch of salt and take it rest for 20 min.
Mix a cup of water in 2 cup curd, add 1 tbs salt, red chili powder, cumin powder and black pepper powder.
Frying vadas in medium hot oil. Then soak it with the masala curd..
