Dahi vada



  1. 1 cup urad dal
  2. 2 cup curd
  3. Red chili
  4. Green chili
  5. Red chili powder
  6. Cumin powder
  7. leaf Curry
  8. Frying oil


  1. Soak urad Dal for 2 hours. Make a batter of it, add 1 pinch of salt and take it rest for 20 min.

  2. Mix a cup of water in 2 cup curd, add 1 tbs salt, red chili powder, cumin powder and black pepper powder.

  3. Frying vadas in medium hot oil. Then soak it with the masala curd..
