My mom’s recipe.They are very soft and yummy. #RamadanSpecial
- 2 cups urad daal
- 1 cup moong daal
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- Salt as per as your taste
- Pinch heeng
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 5 flakes of ginger
- 2 cups oil
- For Curd——
- 400 grams curd
- 1/2 cup sugar
Take 2 cups of urad daal and soak it over night.
Take 1 cup of moong daal and soak it over night.
Take a mixie jar and add the soaked daal Without water,cumin seed,ginger flakes and chilli powder.
Then mix them in only one direction to get soft Dhai vade.Take some batter in your hand and put your hand upside down if it does not fall that means it is ready.
Leave the batter for 2min and then fry it after that leave it for sometime and again deep fry it.
Then take 2 cups of water and add heeng and salt to it.After that add your vade in that water,after 30sec you will see that they have become double in size then squeeze water of the vade not too much.
To make the curd first strain your curd if it is thick than add water to it add curd and sugar to one bowl and mix them.Your curd is ready.
Add everything to the plate and serve delicious DAHI VADE😊
