Dahi bhallay #RamadanSpecial

One day I was alone at home and I wanted to make dahi ballay so added all these ingredients and they were so good that I was to eat almost half of it.


  1. 3 cups Yogurt
  2. Dried mint leaves 1/4 cup
  3. Pholkian 1 and a half cup
  4. Potato 2 large
  5. Onion 1 medium size
  6. 1 tbsp sugar
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  8. 1 tbsp chaat masala
  9. 2/3 tsp red chilli powder


  1. In a bowl add yogurt and sugar and mix.

  2. Add all the masala and mix in yogurt.

  3. Add onion, potato and pholkian (soaked in warm water) in yogurt bowl and mix.

  4. Add your favourite dahi ballay garnishes and serve with imili ki chatni
