Daal recipe


  1. 1 cup Tuvar daal
  2. 8-10 Green chillies
  3. 1 Tomato
  4. Coriander leaves handful
  5. Curryvleaves
  6. 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  7. 2 Dry red chillies


  1. Take tuvar daal (lentil) in a cooker add tomatoes and green chillies, coriander leaves to it.

  2. Pressure cook it fo 15mins. After daal get soft remove it. Grind it.

  3. Then take a pan add cumin seeds, curry leaves and dry red chillies and saute for 5mins. Then add daal paste to it. Daal shod b dry not watery. At last add salt to it.

  4. Serve with white rice
