Creamy Ranch Chicken

- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thigh
- 1 carrot, cut into bite size
- 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp. chicken stock
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp. plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Lay chicken thighs on the bottom of the slow cooker, then everything else! (Onion, water, chicken stock. Yogurt, butter and ranch dressing.)
Close the lid and turn on the slow cooker to low heat, time it for 6 hours.
I like to shred the chicken before serving, if not you can serve them as is.
