Coconut pudding in real coconut

Ingredients

  1. 1 young coconut
  2. 1 envelope gelatin (=2 ½ tsp = 7 grams)
  3. 1 cup fresh coconut water from the coconut
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 1 Tbsp sugar (optional)

Steps

  2. Pour the coconut water into a bowl

  3. Transfer 1 cup filtered coconut water into a saucepan

  4. Add milk, sugar and gelatin to the saucepan

  5. Whisk the mixture and let stand for 5 minutes

  6. Heat the mixture gently and stir until dissolved. Then remove from heat

  7. Pour 1 cup mixture back the coconut shell

  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours

  9. Enjoy
