Cilantro Carrots

I just found out that cilantro goes on carrots like white on rice.

Ingredients

  1. Carrots
  2. Cilantro
  3. Olive oil
  4. White wine vinegar
  5. Garlic
  6. Fresh lemon juice

Steps

  1. Shake dressing ingredients in a jar.

  2. Toss carrots in the dressing.
