Chocolate protein bowl
High protein snack
- 45 g farina or polenta
- 400 ml milk (can be prepared with water as well)
- 1 protein scoop
- 5 g cocoa
- 80 g frozen berries
Insert farina/palenta, protein and cocoa into milk/water and cook for 1.5-2 minutes constantly mixing.
When it starts to get thick, it’s done.
Serve with frozen berries. You can sprinkle a bit of cocoa on top (or your favorite topping).
