Chocolate protein bowl

High protein snack


  1. 45 g farina or polenta
  2. 400 ml milk (can be prepared with water as well)
  3. 1 protein scoop
  4. 5 g cocoa
  5. 80 g frozen berries


  1. Insert farina/palenta, protein and cocoa into milk/water and cook for 1.5-2 minutes constantly mixing.

  2. When it starts to get thick, it’s done.

  3. Serve with frozen berries. You can sprinkle a bit of cocoa on top (or your favorite topping).
