Chili
The whole family loved it!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1/4 diced onion
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 3-4 Tbs chile powder
- 1 Tbs cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cumin
- to taste Salt
- 1-2 cups water
Steps
Brown beef with onion and garlic
Add beans (rinse first) and tomatoes
Simmer for 3 hours in slow cooker
Add seasonings and 1-2 cups of water to thin as needed. Add salt to taste.
Top with additional chopped onion, jalapenos, cheese, and crushed chips.
