Chili

The whole family loved it!

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb. Ground Beef
  2. 1/4 diced onion
  3. 3 cloves garlic minced
  4. 2 cans diced tomatoes
  5. 1 can black beans
  6. 1 can kidney beans
  7. 3-4 Tbs chile powder
  8. 1 Tbs cumin
  9. 1 tsp oregano
  10. 1 tsp sugar
  11. 1 tsp cumin
  12. to taste Salt
  13. 1-2 cups water

Steps

  1. Brown beef with onion and garlic

  2. Add beans (rinse first) and tomatoes

  3. Simmer for 3 hours in slow cooker

  4. Add seasonings and 1-2 cups of water to thin as needed. Add salt to taste.

  5. Top with additional chopped onion, jalapenos, cheese, and crushed chips.
