Chili beans


  1. 1 Zucchini
  2. 1 Red Onion
  3. 1 Red Bell Pepper (or any other you like)
  4. 1 Big Carrot
  5. Garlic
  6. 1 Canned Beans, Red or Pinto
  7. Tomato Sauce
  8. 1 Can Diced Tomatos
  9. Veggie Broth
  10. Spices: oregano, cumin, salt, black pepper and cilantro
  11. Ground Beef


  1. In a pan add olive oil, garlic, onions, bell peppers, carrot and zucchini. All cut in cubes.

  2. Let it cook for 10min

  3. Add the ground beef and let it cook, breaking the meat

  4. When the ground beef is cooked add the canned beans rinsed and drained. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth. Stir and let it cook for about 30min

  5. Spice it up with oregano, cumin, salt and pepper

  6. Cilantro to garnish

  7. If you want it veggie, add quinoa when adding the beans
