Chile cheese puff
Ingredients
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup buttee, melted
- 1 lb jack cheese, shredded
- 1 (7 oz) can green chiles
Steps
Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 3 quart glass casserole with nonstick cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine eggs, flour, salt, cottage cheese, butter and jack cheese; blend well. Stir in chiles. Pour mixture into casserole. Bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
