Chile cheese puff


  1. 10 eggs, beaten
  2. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  5. 1/2 cup buttee, melted
  6. 1 lb jack cheese, shredded
  7. 1 (7 oz) can green chiles


  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 3 quart glass casserole with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. In large bowl, combine eggs, flour, salt, cottage cheese, butter and jack cheese; blend well. Stir in chiles. Pour mixture into casserole. Bake 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
