Chickpeas pulao


  1. Boiled Chickpeas,Garlic, Mint leaves,coriander leaves,onion, tomato, oil, salt,red chili powder, ginger, cumin seeds, raw rice, cashew nuts


  1. Heat a pan. put oil,cumin seeds, then cashew nuts,wait till it is golden brown.

  2. Then add, chopped onion,tomato,garlic,ginger, mint leaves, coriander leaves, boiled chick peas and stir well and cook for 5 to 7 mins.

  3. Then add rice (washed and soaked in water for 15 mins) and water. put it high flame for 5 mins. then slow the flame close a lid and put in low lame for 15 mins will be ready to serve,
