Chickpea, and Olive Salad
Healthy and low-carb.
- 1-1/2 cup black ripened olives 1 large can
- 15 ounces can of chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoons dill weed
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup swiss cheese chunks
- To taste your favorite salad dressing
Drain the chickpeas and olives. Add them to a bowl. Add the herbs and cheeses.
Mix well serve room temperature or chilled.
