Chickpea, and Olive Salad

Healthy and low-carb.


  1. 1-1/2 cup black ripened olives 1 large can
  2. 15 ounces can of chickpeas
  3. 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  4. 1 teaspoons dill weed
  5. 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  6. 1 cup swiss cheese chunks
  7. To taste your favorite salad dressing


  1. Drain the chickpeas and olives. Add them to a bowl. Add the herbs and cheeses.

  2. Mix well serve room temperature or chilled.
