Aroma of the masala ‘s


  1. Half kg chicken
  2. Batter
  3. 4 table spoon curd
  4. 2 table spoon ginger garlic and green chili paste
  5. 1 table spoon cumin powder
  6. 1 table spoon coriander powder
  7. 1 table spoon red chilli powder
  8. 1 tea spoon turmeric powder
  9. 1 table spoon garam masala
  10. Cube onions pieces
  11. Salt as taste


  1. Here is the recipe of Chicken Rezala…..
    Make a bater with Curd, cashews ND poppy paste, coriander, cumin, turmeric, Red chili powder, salt, garam masala, cube sized onion, ginger, garlic ND green chili paste. Marinate the chicken pieces with this batter almost for 1hr. Heat the pan use mustard oil to make chicken rezala. Now add whole spices – bay leaf, green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper ND saute it. Then add the marinated chicken

  2. Then add the marinated chicken add some warm water. Cover the pan nd let the chicken cook in low flame. When it seems like it’s get fried ND you got a aroma then add some water nd capsicum(optional). When the seems like concentrate add 1 table spoon butter ND chicken rezala is ready to serve
