Brownies

Ingredients

  1. 115 g Butter
  2. 1/4 cup Sugar
  3. 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  4. 1 egg
  5. 2 egg yolks
  6. 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  7. 1/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  8. 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  9. 1/4 tsp Salt
  10. 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  11. Cinnamon
  12. Dark chocolate chips
  13. Splash milk

Steps

  1. Mix both sugars with egg yolks and the full egg and whisk until it doubles in size, add vanilla extract

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients one by one leaving the melted butter at the end to avoid cooking the eggs

  3. Place mixture in a baking mold lined with parchment paper and sprinkle chocolate chips covered lightly with flour

  4. Bake for 35 min at 375 degrees and let cool for about 20 min
