You can use beef or pork ribs, whichever suits you. In this picture, I used pork ham strips.
- Pork ribs
- Pork broth
- Worcestershire sauce
- Rosemary (dried or fresh)
Put some salt and pepper to all sides of the meat and pan fry for a 3 to 4 mins on each side. Set aside.
Saute onion and garlic in a heated pan with little oil.
Add the pork broth.
Add 2 tbsp of worcestirshire sauce to the broth and let it simmer.
Add the pork and let it simmer till meat is tender.
Sprinkle dried or fresh rosemary before serving.
