Spicy Filipino Dish!
- 1 lb pork, cut into small size
- Garlic, minced
- Onions, sliced
- 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Red chili, sliced
- Green chili, sliced
- 2 tbsps shrimp paste
- Ground black pepper
In a pan, fry pork until golden brown, remove from pan. Use the oil to saute garlic and onions
Add tomatoes, cook until tomatoes softened.
Add the fried pork, combine well
Add coconut milk, stir and cook until the pork absorbs the coconut milk
Add red chili, shrimp paste and sprinkle some ground black pepper, mix well
Add green chili and simmer for 2 minutes.
