Banana Chips

Ingredients

  1. 3 medium bananas (depending on how much your tray can fit)
  2. 3 tablespoons sugar (or to taste)
  3. 1 teaspoon cinnmon
  4. Some lemon juice

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 100℃.

  2. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Set aside.

  3. Slice the bananas thinly.

  4. Toss banana slices in some lemon juice.

  5. Lightly cover the banana slices in the cinnamon sugar and then place on baking tray lined with baking paper. Do not let the slices touch each other, or they will stick together.

  6. Put into oven and bake at 100℃ for an hour, or until crisped and lightly browned (but not too dark!).

  7. Remove from oven and let rest until cool for extra crispiness.

  8. Enjoy! Store in an airtight container.
