Balsamic beetroot side dish


  1. 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  2. 750 ml water
  3. 1/2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  4. Pinch salt and pepper


  1. Boil the beetroots for 15 minutes (to check they are done they should be tender to the tip of a knife).

  2. Drain the water and then rinse in cold water.

  3. Drizzle over the balsamic vinegar and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
