Baked Ranch Pork Chops


  1. 4-6 boneless pork cops
  2. 1/4 cup oil
  3. 2 tbsp (1 oz) packet) dry ranch mix
  4. 1 tsp dried parsley (optional)


  1. Pre heat oven 425 degrees.

  2. Place pork chops on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. In a small bowl mix, ranch mix, oil and parsley.

  4. Spoon mixture over chops.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes then broil on high for 5 minutes or until your desired done range.

  6. What to serve with these pork chops: stuffing, broccoli, mac and cheese, baked potato with all the fixins’, augratin potatoes, corn, mashed potatoes and asparagus.
