Baked chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 5 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Turmeric
- Ground ginger
- Allspice
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 squeeze lemon fresh
- 11/2 teaspoon paprika
Steps
Combine all spices add to the yogurt and lemon and olive oil except the paprika
Wash and drain the chicken spread the mixture off the yogurt spices over the chicken and let it rest for 2 hours in the Fridge.
Using greased pan spread the chicken sprinkle with paprika bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour half way cooking Flip the meet to other side until tender and brown crispy enjoy.
