Arroz con gandules
Ingredients
- Sofrito
- Bacon
- Diced ham
- Goya culantro and tomatoes based
- Green olives
- 2 cans gandules
- Salt
- leaf Plantain
- Short grain rice (publix)
- Anato
Steps
Mix sofritos with bacon and ham. Pour in both cans of gandules including the liquid. Add 2 cups of water. Put leaf on top. Cook medium
