All purpose flour dessert with almond milk twist

My mom’s favorite


  1. 4 tablespoon all purpose flour
  2. 8-10 pieces almond soaked
  3. 5 tablespoons sugar
  4. 10 tablespoons water double of all purpose flour
  5. 5 tablespoons desi ghee or butter


  1. Start roasting all purpose flour with desi ghee at very very low flame

  2. Stir until it smells sweet

  3. Now at other side in a pan add water and sugar.make a light syrup

  4. Now blend soaked almonds and strain to make almond milk

  5. When all purpose flour turn golden and smell sweet then add sugar syrup with almond milk

  6. Wait until water soaked.serve after garnish with few almond pieces
