  • Ingredients

  • 2 pounds small unpeeled red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Directions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°. Drizzle potatoes with oil. Sprinkle with rosemary, garlic salt and pepper; toss gently to coat.
  • Place on ungreased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until potatoes are golden brown and tender, 10-12 minutes, stirring once.
