  • 6ouncesfresh cranberries (half a standard bag)
  • 2tablespoonshot water

    DIRECTIONS

  • Cream sugar & melted butter, then add egg & orange juice concentrate.
  • Mix in flour, salt, soda, powder, then carefully stir in cranberries.
  • Add hot water, if needed, until consistency is right (not too runny.).
