  • 16ounces shredded monterey jack cheese

    DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease & flour 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • In med. bowl whisk flour, baking powder together.
  • In large mixing bowl, beat eggs lightly. Stir in salt, green chilies, hot sauce, melted butter. Next stir in cottage cheese. Once mixed well, add shredded cheese.
  • Stir in dry ingredient. Pour into pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake another 35 minutes. Cut into 36 squares.
  • **This can be made ahead of time, frozen and reheated right before serving.
