INGREDIENTS

  • 3 12 cupsbread flour
  • 1teaspoonsalt
  • 1teaspooncinnamon
  • 1tablespooncocoa powder
  • 2tablespoonssugar
  • 2teaspoonsyeast
  • 60blueberries
  • 2tablespoonsolive oil (to coat bread)

    DIRECTIONS

  • Put all ingredients except for olive oil and blueberries into bowl or bread machine (make sure to separate the salt and yeast).
  • Either manually knead the dough or put in a bread maker and set it to dough.
  • Once the dough has been kneaded (either by the bread maker or you), get a large pan and put some flour on the pan to prevent the dough from sticking.
  • Put the dough on the pan an divide the dough into 12 equal parts.
  • Get another pan and place the dough on the pan equally spaced apart.
  • Place 5 blueberries on each piece of dough and then get them inside each piece.
  • Coat each piece of dough in olive oil.
  • Let dough rise for 30 minute.
  • While the dough is rising preheat the oven to 425 F (225 C).
  • Put the pan in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
  • Remove pan from oven and enjoy!
