Weight loss recipe: Make tasty strawberry and cream baked oats for a healthy breakfast
Healthy eating can be a tricky business. Diet foods are often pretty boring, meaning slimmers can easily lose interest and abandon their efforts. This doesn’t have to be the case though.
Healthy meals can still be tasty if you use the right ingredients.
Picking a nutritious but delicious breakfast is a great way to kickstart a day.
Oats are well-known to be a healthy option and are highly versatile, too.
They’re a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants.

What’s more, they can be prepped in advance which can make things simpler if you in a rush in the morning.
