Chilli spiced greens

    500g bag spring greens
    40g butter
    4 shallots, finely sliced
    1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
    2 tbsp clear honey


    1. Cut away the thick stalks from the spring greens. Roll up the leaves a few at a time nd shred thinly with a knife.

    2. Melt the butter in a large deep frying pan and fry the shallots and chilli for 3 minutes to soften. Add the greens and cook, stirring, for about 3 minutes, turning the greens in the pan until they’re softened but not completely wilting.

    3. Drizzle with the honey, stir to mix and transfer to a warmed serving dish.
