Rebel Wilson weight loss: Plan behind Pitch Perfect star’s incredible 2020 transformation
Rebel has shared inspiring images of her workouts on Instagram. One saw the actress take on the boxing ring in a pair of black and pink boxing gloves.
Another saw her flipping tires in a parking lot, an exhausting exercise.
The actress joked: “Starting the week off right!
“Look out @chrishemsworth & @liamhemsworth Australia’s latest action hero is turning it up.”
However, a recent Instagram post detailed more about her weight loss.
The actress posed in a blue wrap dress for the snaps, showing off her smaller waist and looking beautiful.
Rebel wrote to her fans: “Thanks for all the love so far on my ‘Year of Health’ journey – when I was reaching for the candies last night after dinner I thought to myself “hmmmm…better not” and had a bottle of water instead.”
She went on: “8kg’s to go until I hit my goal – hopefully I can do it by the end of the year.”
Fans wrote to congratulate the star.

Another said: “Gorgeous always and incredibly inspiring how you always achieve your goals!”
It has been claimed Rebel Wilson’s weight loss it down to the Mayr Method.
She detailed in January she is “trying to avoid the sugar and junk food.”
She has been working with personal trainer Jono Castano.
Rebel revealed she is trying to get her weight down to just under 12 stone.
So, how is she doing it? Jono Castano described his method to Yahoo!
Most important, he said, is to focus on sustainable health.
He said: “I think with any type of transformation, you shouldn’t always look at the easiest option, you know, two months is not enough time to be able to change your body.
“Don’t forget, two months, you’re putting a lot of stress on yourself.
“When your goal is like that and you don’t achieve it, it can cause a lot of mental problems. So, my advice is keep your goals realistic, short and then achieve them and progress from there.”
Another TV star whose transformation has impressed is a celebrity chef. Tom Kerridge’s weight loss of 12 stone has inspired so many.
He gave up alcohol to lost weight, despite being a pub landlord.
She said: “I knocked all booze on the head. Stopped drinking, went completely teetotal.”
He also told the Radio Times giving up carbohydrates and starting swimming helped him to slim.
