Olly Murs will appear tonight on ITV’s The Voice UK, alongside fellow judges Anne-Marie, Will.i.a.m, and Sir Tom Jones. Olly always looks great on the show, reminding viewers of his recent weight transformation.

In February 2020, Olly shared before-and-after photos with his fans, showing his impressive transformation.

He had slimmed down and gained six pack abs in just seven weeks.

The star decided to lose weight in January 2020 by following a diet and exercise plan.

In the Instagram caption that accompanied his pictures, Olly wrote: “Ain’t bad for 35yr old! My ambition to be a ‘butler in the buff’ is coming true.

“The pic on the left was 2nd January! I was like ‘f*** me I look massive’,” the singer added.

“Weight was doing me no favours, grumpy, no energy, sleeping was awful so I made some adjustments and I’m actually buzzing now I’m off to get a McDonald’s.”

Since he couldn’t go to the gym, Olly began doing home workouts with his girlfriend Amelia Tank, who is a bodybuilder.

Olly frequently posted images and videos of the pair doing exercise together in their home.

Personal trainer Rob Solly also helped Olly get into shape.

He designed a home workout for Olly that contained “four key components” – muscle mass, explosive power, mobility, and reaction.

Doing press ups is a big part of Olly’s fitness regime and he recently posted a video of himself doing them on his Instagram.

To make press ups more fun, he tries out different variations, such as jumping off his hands and feet and changing direction between each press up, or doing press ups off a bench and clapping between each one.

Olly has also shared videos of himself doing sit ups on a gym ball and climbing up two ropes.

Additionally, Olly and Amelia go cycling and walking to keep fit.

The couple have a dog, a Shiba Inu named Missy, who they often take for walks.

Walking is a simple form of exercise that can be easily implemented into anyone’s daily routine.

As for his diet, Olly has previously opened up about having a seven-day juice cleanse.

Underneath a video he posted last year, the singer wrote: “What an experience @juicemasterretreats. Firstly, I want to say… @jasonvale has not asked me to do this, I wanted to post this!

“This week was truly incredible, we arrived Saturday at this retreat and had no idea what to expect but wow did it deliver,” he added.

“Surrounded by people all here on a journey ready to Juice cleanse and detox the body for seven days! Sounds crazy having no food for seven days but wow just wow! I feel amazing.”
