Lorraine Kelly will appear tonight on Celebrity Gogglebox at 10pm alongside Tom Jones and Babatunde Aleshe. Seeing the presenter, viewers will be reminded of her recent weight loss journey.
Lorraine recently slimed down and dropped two dress sizes.
The host revealed this was thanks to simple and “tasty” foods.
But how did she do it exactly?
Lorraine went from a size 14 to a size 10 without following a strict diet plan.
The Scottish presenter changed her lifestyle in another way instead.
She decided to eat smaller portions to lose weight.
Speaking to Asda Good Living, she explained: “I don’t think diets work.
“It’s all about portion control.”

She continued: “My husband cooks for me and sometimes I ask, ‘how many people are coming round?’.
“Portion control and not snacking so much are important, as well as being sensible.”
The TV stalwart went on to explain slimmers are much more likely to lose weight if they stick to eating foods they enjoy.
Lorraine, therefore, continues to eat what she likes even while maintaining a slim figure.
She said: “I think it’s all about taking things at our own pace.
“We are all far more likely to stick to a healthy eating plan if we have proper tasty food, and won’t drop out of an exercise routine if it’s good fun.”
The presenter has also shared what she eats on a daily basis.
Breakfast is porridge with honey, nuts, raisins, or berries.
However, on the weekend she treats herself to “a tower of potato scone with bacon and black pudding and a poached egg on top”.
As for lunch, Lorraine told HELLO! Magazine she prefers something she can heat up, like soup.
“I always have porridge and fruit for breakfast, and from now on I’m making a big pot of spicy vegetable soup at the beginning of the week that I can heat up quickly for lunch.”
Speaking to The Sun, she added: “I have learned the hard way that daft diets will ultimately make you fat.
“I do tend to eat sensibly during the week but I certainly don’t exist on sticks of celery, because I’d be miserable.”
