Kate Middleton: Get great legs like Duchess of Cambridge by following easy exercise plan
Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge is one of the world’s most popular royals. From her fashion sense to her diet tips, beauty regime and fitness workouts, the 37-year-old mum-of-three, is constantly looked up to for guidance in how to achieve similar results. So, how did Kate achieve her toned legs?

Over the last couple of years, Kate has shown off her incredibly toned legs on several occasions. One prominent instance was in August this year when Kate and Prince William took part in The King’s Cup Regatta, where Kate showed off her fabulously athletic toned legs in a pair of shorts as they acted as skippers on the boats.
While Kate has always appeared to have killer legs and a toned figure, many fans have questioned what workout or exercise regimen the Duchess follows to keep in such great shape.
Previously, a royal source revealed to the popular radio station, heart, that the Duchess works out daily.
The mother of three reportedly does weight-based exercises as well as cardio.
Cardio for the Duchess is usually running as it has been reported she enjoys running around the grounds of her Kensington home.

While there are no exact details on what the Duchess does to keep her legs toned, there are many exercises out there that are made for working out legs and achieving a similar look.
Daria Kantor, CEO, and founder of TruBe, gave Express.co.uk some top tips to achieve toned legs like Kate Middleton, she said: “When toning muscles, variety is key. Having a good mix of different exercises can allow you to build up muscle strength over time and help tone different areas.
“All over leg exercises like sumo squats are great, but these should not be your only focus. Think about toning inner and outer things with leg side raises.
“As you get used to this exercise, bring in a band to make it more challenging. Also, think about exercising the backs of your legs – deadlifts and reverse leg curls can be a great way of toning your hamstrings.
“If you make sure you keep your exercises varied, you will be able to work on your legs over several days.
“The most fun way to do this is by attending lots of different classes. If you’re in the gym doing squats one day, why not try ballet barre the next?
“Aerobic fitness like running can also be a great way of getting toned, speeding up your metabolism and helping burn fat. Make sure you combine this into your regime when toning for an all-over workout that will leave you feeling great!”
So, include variety in your exercise routine such as; squats, lunges deadlifts and planking when trying to achieve chiseled and toned legs like the Duchess of Cambridge.
Previously, it was revealed that Kate turns to the plank to keep her figure toned.
The plank is similar to a push-up except a person’s forearms rest on the ground instead of their hands – and is dreaded by most gym-goers.
A source told MailOnline, that Kate does the side plank as well as the “prone skydive” in order to workout her entire body.

The source said: “There are three elements, the basic plank, the side plank, and the prone skydive, all of which are positions Kate can hold for 45 seconds or longer and repeat at least ten times each.
“The side plank requires you to balance on your side, holding your body straight with feet together and one arm flexed directly under your shoulder.
“Meanwhile, the prone skydive plank is slightly less excruciating, as you have to lie on your tummy and gently raise your chest off the floor until your tummy muscles beg for mercy.”
During a trip to India in 2016, Kate was asked how she shed her baby weight so quickly after the birth of Princess Charlotte.
She replied: “I am running after my kids.”
Even though they have a nanny, Kate is believed to be a very hands-on mum and does a lot of the work around the house herself.
But she does do a lot of dedicated exercises, and particularly enjoys running and cycling.
She’s also reportedly a big fan of CrossFit and yoga.
A royal insider told MailOnline: “Kate is an exercise junkie. Pippa and Kate take their toned physiques extremely seriously.
“The Duchess is reportedly also a fan of CrossFit and yoga, makes time to go for a run most days, enjoys cycling, and does all her workouts without a personal trainer.”
